Nancy Barthold, PT

Nancy Barthold has been with MAPS since 2000. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Moorhead State University and went on to earn her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. She has over 20 years experience practicing in various settings in the Twin Cities. Nancy sees patients at our Maple Grove clinic location.

Ann Donner, PT, DPT

Ann completed her undergraduate coursework at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN with a degree in Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of St. Catherine in St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN in May of 2011. Ann is new to MAPS and is currently seeing patients at our Edina clinic location.

Irene Jensen, PT

Irene Jensen is a physical therapist who earned her degree from the University of Minnesota. She has nearly 40 years of experience in treatment of acute and chronic pain. She joined MAPS in 2007 at the Edina location. In addition to treating general chronic pain, she specializes in managing and treating pelvic pain in males and females.

Laurie Kuduk, PT

Laurie joined MAPS in 2000. She earned a degree in biomedical science from St. Cloud State and a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. She has over 25 years of experience treating patients in various settings in the Twin Cities. Her specialties are chronic pain and work injury. She manages physical therapy at the Coon Rapids location.

Jennifer Lee, PT, DPT

Jennifer earned her degree in Biology from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.  She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN in May of 2012.  Jennifer is new to MAPS and is currently seeing patients at our Edina clinic location.

Irene Lenmark, PT

Irene earned her Bachelor of  Science degree in Physical Therapy from the Phillipine College of Health and Science in Manila, Phillipines. Following graduation, she lived in Toronto, Canada for five years. Prior to joining MAPS in June 2008, Irene completed her traineeship at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Irene now sees patients exclusively at our Maple Grove clinic location.

Christine O'Hotto, PT

Christine O'Hotto, PT joined the MAPS staff in 2000, and took on the role of Rehabilitation Director in 2006. Christine earned her Physical Therapy Degree from UW-Madison in 1990 and has been working in outpatient physical therapy with emphasis on orthopedics and manual therapy, spinal pain, headaches and chronic pain since 1991. Christine currently sees patients at our Edina clinic location.

Charet Pelkey, PT, MPT

Charet joined MAPS in September 2001. She has practiced physical therapy since June 2001. Her coursework was completed at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has done additional training and work in the area of pelvic health, and is the primary pelvic health physical therapist at the MAPS clinic in Coon Rapids. She specializes in treating both males and females with pelvic pain as well as various bowel and bladder disorders. Charet is the pelvic pain lead therapist at MAPS and sees patients exclusively at our Coon Rapids clinic location.

Rachel Peterson, PT, DPT

Rachel Peterson, Physical Therapist, has worked at MAPS since November of 2005. She received her Master of Physical Therapy Degree from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in 2004 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2010. In addition to working with chronic pain patients at MAPS, she has also worked in a transitional care setting and a cardiac rehab setting. Rachel is currently seeing patients at our Coon Rapids clinic location.

Heather Schroeder, PT, OCS

Heather Schroeder graduated from the University of Alberta in 2000 and joined MAPS rehab staff in 2006. Heather went on to earn her Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics in 2011 and is now board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Prior to MAPS, she worked at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She started at the Coon Rapids location in May 2006 and moved to the Maple Grove location to become the Physical Therapy Manager when it opened early in 2008. Her interests are in sports medicine and orthopedics. Heather spends time outside of MAPS by volunteering with various sports teams as a team therapist.

Pam Wenndt, PT, GCS

Pam joined MAPS in the spring of 2011. She earned a degree in biology and psychology from Luther College and a degree from the University of Iowa in Physical Therapy. She has over 30 years of experience treating acute and chronic pain. Pam is a board certified geriatric specialist with additional specialty training in pelvic floor dysfunction.
