Physician Assistants

Alexis Bolick, PA-C

Alexis earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She went on to earn her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining MAPS, Alexis worked for Minute Clinic. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys cooking, hiking with her dog, camping and spending time with her family.

Megan Borgen, PA-C

Megan graduated from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelors Degree in Biology with a biomedical science concentration and a minor in chemistry. She went on to Physician Assistant School at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT. While in undergraduate school she worked as a certified nursing assistant and as a Reagent Donor Coordinator at a blood donation center. Outside of work, Megan enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.

Tobie Meyer, PA-C

Tobie earned her undergraduate at Virginia Polytechnic & State University in 1990. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2000. Tobie has worked as Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery focus in foot and ankle, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Surgery Department subspecialties. Outside of work, Tobie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, and friends.

Chris Reece, PA-C

Chris has joined MAPS with over 18 years of experience as a physician assistant. He graduated from St. John's University PA program in New York and earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. He brings a unique set of skills having worked in OB/GYN, urgent care, psychiatry and urology. While working in the Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic, Chris developed a strong interest in evaluating and treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pelvic pain and since then has helped many patients with this chronic condition. Chris has an Advanced Pelvic Floor Function, Dysfunction and Treatment Certificate. Chris has also recently been invited to present to the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates on “Physical Therapy for Pelvic Pain and Voiding Dysfunctions” in Rochester, MN.

Lena Truong, PA-C

Lena is a Physician Assistant who joined MAPS in 2008. She completed her bachelor of science degree in biology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She then attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Il for her masters degree of physician assistant studies. Ms. Truong performed her internships in both Chicago, IL. and Minneapolis. She now sees patients exclusively at our Fridley clinic location.

Rachel Warnsholz, PA-C

Rachel is a Physician Assistant originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a pre-health concentration. She was accepted into the Physician Assistant Program at Western Michigan University where she received her Master of Science in Medicine degree. She received the Academic Award in her graduating class. After moving to Minnesota, she began working for MAPS at our Midway clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and visiting family & friends.
