Kara Gratton, PA-C

Kara Gratton graduated with B.S. in Chemistry from University of Richmond, VA. She then went on to earn her M.S. degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Indiana University, IN. After working for more than six years in medical research at duPont Hospital for Children, Delaware, Ms. Gratton graduated with an M.S. degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia PA. She has worked in retail medicine before joining MAPS in 2007. She has seen patients at our Maple Grove, Coon Rapids and Edina clinics but now is only working part-time at the Edina clinic. In her free time, she enjoys running, weight training and many types of exercise as well as cooking and photography.

Physician Assistants

Lena Truong, PA-C

Lena Truong is a Physician Assistant who joined MAPS in 2008. She completed her bachelor of science degree in biology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She then attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Il for her masters degree of physician assistant studies. Ms. Truong performed her internships in both Chicago, IL. and Minneapolis. She now sees patients exclusively at both our Maple Grove and Coon Rapids clinic locations.

Rachel Stapert, PA-C

Rachel Stapert is a Physician Assistant originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a pre-health concentration. She was accepted into the Physician Assistant Program at Western Michigan University where she received her Master of Science in Medicine degree. She received the Academic Award in her graduating class. After moving to Minnesota, she began working for MAPS at our Midway clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and visiting family & friends.
